Position Overview

We are a fast‐paced supply chain team delivering innovative Manhattan Warehouse Management solutions for Fortune 500 clients. As a Supply Chain and Operations professional with strong expertise in Manhattan WMS, you will design and deliver warehouse management solutions to overcome complex supply chain challenges. Your background in system implementation and optimization, combined with strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, will drive efficient processes and exceptional outcomes in warehousing and distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Lead the design and deployment of Manhattan WMS solutions to optimize warehousing and distribution operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies for enhanced supply chain performance.
  • Use Manhattan WMS to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and automation tools.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.
  • Build and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Assist in integrating Manhattan solutions with broader supply chain systems to create seamless workflows.
  • Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years in supply chain management, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS modules such as Labor Management or Inventory Optimization.
  • Skilled in integrating Manhattan solutions with automation systems and other digital tools.
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to drive insights.
  • Pursuing or having earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • A track record of managing diverse teams and delivering client success.
