Job Description
Position Overview
The candidate should have at least 2 years of field marketing experience in Home Care and/or MLTC in New York. The role requires working preferably in Manhattan and the Bronx. Additionally, the candidate must have prior healthcare marketing experience, demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills, host presentations professionally, think creatively, work well in a team, and be goal oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
- Conduct individual/group presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and others to reach Medicaid-eligible home care patients.
- Enroll and refer Medicaid-eligible individuals to contract sources.
- Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.
- Develop a new book of business while leveraging any established client base.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of field marketing experience in Home Care and/or MLTC in New York.
- Prior healthcare marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Ability to host presentations in a professional manner.
- Creative thinker with strong team collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of meeting set goals.
