Position Overview
First American Data & Analytics is seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation with 3+ years of experience. In this role you will support the execution of multi‐channel demand generation campaigns and go‐to‐market (GTM) strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, product stakeholders, and leadership in a collaborative, people-first culture that values innovation and inclusivity.
Compensation: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute multi‐channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, social media, content syndication, webinars) and support GTM strategies for new product launches and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to optimize campaigns based on target audience insights and revenue objectives.
- Manage day‐to‐day campaign activities including scheduling, tracking, testing, and reporting performance metrics.
- Coordinate with creative teams to build compelling assets such as landing pages, emails, ads, and promotional content.
- Work closely with sales and product teams for seamless lead handoff, messaging development, and collateral creation.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, ROI) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate affiliate marketing and influencer programs, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and content optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, GTM strategy execution, B2B marketing, affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing – preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or online marketplaces.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), tracking tools (Everflow, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability; comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
