Job Description

Position Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing The Ohio Masonic Communities’ overall content marketing strategy. This role drives brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth by creating, distributing, and analyzing content across multiple channels. You will help elevate our message while supporting our mission to provide best-in-class care and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar with themes, topics, and distribution channels.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various formats including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, emails, social media posts, and webinars.
  • Define content marketing goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot marketing automation platform for email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, reporting, and CRM integration.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content visibility in search engines.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, social engagement, and conversion rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop persuasive copy for social, print, video, and digital media.
  • Edit and proof content to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, resource center, and foundation teams to assess project needs and refine messaging.
  • Partner with design teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content and communications align with the brand voice and messaging.
  • See projects through the entire creative process—from inception to deployment.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of marketing or agency experience.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Previous experience in content marketing or copywriting.
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Valid Driver's License with ability to provide proof of insurance and meet additional OMC policy requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working for a non-profit organization.
