Position Overview

Join Fallon Health’s Member Services team and become the face and voice of our organization! With an initial on-site training period of approximately 8-9 weeks in Worcester, MA followed by a REMOTE work model, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to various functions including Sales, Provider Relations, and Care Services. As a Member Services Representative, you'll guide our valued members and providers through inquiries regarding plan policies, procedures, and benefits while representing the trusted Fallon brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and master product knowledge through comprehensive training.
  • Own customer satisfaction by fully understanding member/provider needs and delivering accurate support within corporate guidelines.
  • Document call details clearly and concisely for accurate tracking.
  • Identify and communicate service trends that may indicate broader enterprise issues.
  • Escalate member and provider concerns to ensure timely resolution.
  • Execute corporate and departmental policies and practices appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or advanced education is desirable.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing, inbound call-center setting.
  • Ability to multitask with strong typing skills and proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and system data entry.
