Job Description

Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to assist the DMS team in the Digital Marketing Department with web-based projects, including tasks initiated internally or funneled from the client services team. At Grand Canyon Education, you will contribute to various projects such as updating website pages, running compliance and renewal reports, and supporting administrative tasks—all within a dynamic academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running a monthly vanity renewal report and updating expiring/expired vanities as instructed by the client services team.
  • Creating and updating event pages and/or employer partner pages per client services requests.
  • Reporting and resolving broken links and misspellings on gcu.edu, its subdomains, and other affiliated websites.
  • Pulling and reporting military compliance reports on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting full-time DMS team members with administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Completing special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be located or reside in Phoenix, AZ or within 30 miles from campus.
  • Current GCU student enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, business, communications, or a similar concentration.
  • Basic HTML knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a willingness to work, learn, and be flexible.
  • Must meet academic eligibility: retain a 2.0 GPA for bachelor-level students or a 3.0 GPA for master-level students and maintain good financial and academic standing.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: Minimum wage.
  • Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week during the semester (minimum 12 hours/week) with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during summer breaks.
