Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. Jumpstart your new insurance agent career and earn up to an additional$5,000in bonuses on top of commissions during your first four months. Key Responsibilities

  • Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
  • Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
  • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

Compensation

  • Commission and bonus position – typical first-year entry level agents average$40,000 - $65,000
  • Production-based incentives up to$12,000in their first year
  • Earn up to an extra$5,000bonus in the first four months
  • Experienced agents (2+ years) can earn upwards of$100,000+in commissions and bonuses
