Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy specializing in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their vibrant team in Richmond, Virginia, US. This role is critical in sourcing and placing top-tier tech talent for innovative companies. You will leverage your deep understanding of the technology landscape and proven recruitment expertise to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from understanding client requirements and developing sourcing strategies to screening candidates, managing interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
  • Advise clients on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry and common tech stacks.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
