Position Overview

Join TikTok as a US Social Lead where you will drive strategy, content, and communication across major social platforms. Working closely with global teams – including brand, communications, partnerships, and policy – you will build smart, integrated campaigns that connect social to broader US-based marketing moments. This role demands a blend of creative vision and operational excellence to develop authentic, culturally resonant storytelling that supports business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy and execution for TikTok, including always-on storytelling and campaign integration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop social-first content that enhances campaigns.
  • Translate Comms & Marketing strategy into proactive, platform-appropriate content that builds trust in the brand.
  • Act as the central point of contact for Social across Communications, Marketing, and Policy.
  • Partner with creators, publishers, and cultural voices to ensure authenticity in storytelling.
  • Coordinate content planning with the @TikTok team, focusing on key US campaign moments.
  • Provide creative feedback to partner agencies to ensure on-brand and engaging output.
  • Manage external agencies for consistent, high-quality collaboration and outputs.
  • Monitor content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in Social Media.
  • Background at either a brand or an agency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on a national or global brand with a US presence.
  • Proven track record of integrating Social into flagship campaigns and Always On content.
  • Familiarity with Social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.

  • Compensation: Base salary ranging from $112,356 to $211,112 annually, with additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and RSUs based on qualifications and experience.
