Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure delivery of high-quality care to patients.

- Oversee compliance with nursing regulations and standards.

Requirements:

- Active, unemcumbered Registered Nurse License.

- Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a home care setting.

- Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to develop and implement staff training and development programs.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
