Junior Business Analyst (HYBRID to PHX)

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst:

• Review, document, organize and prioritize work requests.
• Work with various work requestors to gather and document requirements.
• Support the Build and Support teams with documentation, test cases, and deployment strategy.
• Assist developers during the development effort through to deployment.
• Create various documentation such as requirements, training materials, data mapping, and post-deployment guides; ensuring all teams maintain proper documentation.
• Act as a Scrum Master and support the Product Owner when using an Agile methodology.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

As a Project Manager:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to establish project timelines, evaluate effort, capacity, and sequence activities to define deliverables.
• Prepare project management artifacts such as project charters, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to drive progress, communicate status, and manage issues.
• Implement process improvements by collaborating with other project teams.
• Estimate project budgets and control costs.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
