Position Overview

JoiniPostal1as a Web and Marketing Analyst – a key role at the cutting‐edge leader in digital mailbox technology. Headquartered in Montebello, New York, you will turn data into strategic insights to drive digital marketing performance across channels. This full‑time, hybrid position (3–4 days in‑office) offers you the opportunity to innovate and grow with a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test analytics strategies and hypotheses to uncover actionable insights.
  • Use various attribution models to understand the customer journey across channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and BigQuery.
  • Implement and manage tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager.
  • Analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid and organic channels.
  • Create and deliver insightful reports using preferred reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Stay current with digital analytics, emerging marketing trends, and digital transformation technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through initiative, collaboration, or mentorship.
  • Thought leadership with the ability to critically evaluate trends, data, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in GA4 –this is non-negotiable; legacy analytics experience is not applicable.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for tagging and tracking.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of organic traffic analysis and SEO metrics.
  • Skilled in basic statistics (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing).
  • Experience in attribution modeling and multi‑channel funnel analysis.
  • Competence in using various reporting tools to deliver insights.
  • Ability to transform data into strategic insights that drive business value.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and presenting new ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with alternative analytics platforms like SimilarWeb and Matomo.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and its impact on digital marketing.
