Job Description
Position Overview
Fluidstack is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence by partnering with leading AI labs, governments, and enterprises. In this role as an MTS, Corp IT, you will work across identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and support both in-office and remote employees by troubleshooting issues, managing device fleets, and streamlining IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees by efficiently resolving Help Desk tickets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Support Fluidstack's MDM fleet comprising macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Provide in-office support by troubleshooting basic network issues and A/V systems.
- Help manage and optimize Okta and core SaaS tooling by administering integrations and role-based access controls.
- Support daily procurement and asset management operations by coordinating hardware purchasing, tracking, and maintaining accurate asset inventory and device assignments.
- Help maintain clear, organized, and accessible IT documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to IT initiatives by supporting project execution, managing priorities, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Help maintain a secure environment by supporting basic security hygiene, including access reviews and identity security tasks.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Fluidstack employees and contractors.
- Assist the IT team by creating simple, reliable automations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience administering Okta, including managing users, groups, and basic app integrations (OIE a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, with some exposure to Office 365.
- Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows, ideally with Iru (formerly Kandji).
- Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and project management.
- Experience participating in procurement and asset management processes.
- Clear, concise technical writing skills for documentation and knowledge base content.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of security principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with nocode/lowcode automation tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
- Scripting familiarity with common languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP).
- Experience with AI tools, agents, MCPs, automations, and prompting; Fluidstack standardizes on Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT.
- HRIS integration experience with systems like Deel, Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday.
- Understanding of API integrations and webhooks, and how to use them effectively.

- Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
