Job Description

Position Overview

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an Inbound Collector responsible for handling inbound calls regarding past due mortgage and maintenance accounts—including third party service calls. You will assist owners in understanding the terms and conditions of their contracts while ensuring compliance with all Federal and State laws. This role requires certification in call skills and the Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and is open to remote candidates in the Las Vegas Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all collection activities in accordance with company and Federal regulations to maintain acceptable delinquency percentages.
  • Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators.
  • Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle correspondence and payments.
  • Keep systematic and organized support documentation related to owner accounts and request skip tracking as necessary.
  • Assist the collections staff with daily processes and procedures.
  • Carry out any reasonable request by management.

  • Complete all required company training and compliance courses.
  • Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
