Position Overview

Meta is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for building global brands and proven expertise in developing and executing insights-driven marketing efforts. Working within Instagram’s Global Brand Marketing team, you will drive brand strategy and creative development to engage a worldwide community across the marketing funnel. You will connect business, product, and brand strategies, turning true insights into inspiring briefs while building alignment across matrixed stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of Instagram’s iconic brand and global marketing programs.
  • Influence Instagram's marketing strategy and roadmap through research, testing, and insights.
  • Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategy including segmentation, targeting, media plans, and integration with PR and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver industry-leading marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and support integrated marketing communications across digital, social, traditional media, and events.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to provide data-backed insights and optimize future campaigns.
  • Partner closely with creative teams and agency partners to bring strategies to life with quality creative execution.
  • Conduct market assessments using quantitative and qualitative analysis to represent user feedback internally.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with clearly defined brand objectives.
  • Model collaborative behaviors while inspiring and mentoring a growing team.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer products, and/or brand management at global companies.
  • 4+ years of experience in team leadership or cross-functional team management.
  • Proven track record in developing global strategies and executing impactful communications and campaigns internationally using data-driven insights.
  • Experience in building mass-market, consumer-centric brands and managing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, traditional media, events).
  • Strong ability to partner with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams including product management, design, analytics, research, and creative units.
  • Background in consumer research with a focus on leveraging data to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or product launch go-to-markets simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
