Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Associate to our Marketing Department. This is an excellent opportunity to impact all aspects of marketing within a growing organization and to meaningfully contribute to the company’s success. Support the development of content and messaging for acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. Create and send/publish email newsletters, social media content, digital ads, customer surveys, etc.

Work cross-functionally with engineering and customer support teams to ensure that help center articles are kept up-to-date. Work with team to execute website updates and maintenance. Monitor and respond to questions and messages on social media, the app store, and other public forums. Create reports on digital campaign performance.
