Apply HereThis position handles telephone calls providing outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish. The role involves answering customer inquiries, educating them about Bank products and services, and upselling or cross-selling additional products based on customer needs. The candidate is expected to manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.
Schedule: 9:00A-6:00P MTWF/Sat 10:00A-4:00P
Training:
9 Weeks – Full-time & Paid (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)Salary: From $21.00 per hour + $1.50 Bilingual allowance
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45227 (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Handles customer calls in a professional and courteous manner using English and Spanish.
- Provides accurate information and clearly explains products and policies to customers.
- Manages complex customer inquiries in areas of expertise.
- Strives to resolve customer questions or issues during the call and follows up within the committed timeframe if necessary.
- Encourages customers to utilize available self-service channels.
- Consistently offers more cost effective service channels.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures, with a focus on customer confidentiality.
- Accurately enters or confirms customer information into systems and completes proper request forms.
- Utilizes computer systems effectively for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Suggests improvements to processes and policies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously develops knowledge of Bank products and services.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to perform data entry and basic computer tasks.
- Capability to understand and respond to customer inquiries across multiple product categories.
- Excellent customer service skills and clear verbal communication.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about Bank products and services.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
