Position Overview

In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize online brand marketing efforts to generate digital brand awareness, drive web traffic, and foster customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, creative, and production partners on in-season marketing campaign execution, including creative reviews and quality-assurance testing.
- Identify new tactics to trial to drive brand sales and innovative approaches.
- Pull data analytics as needed to support decision-making.
- Leverage data to measure marketing effectiveness and explore opportunities for future optimization.
- Own marketing calendar updates and manage change orders.
- Track email content marketing performance by evaluating campaign longevity based on effectiveness and product inventory levels.
- Identify site and email A/B testing opportunities, gathering insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Contribute to seasonal brand marketing campaign briefs through strategic ideation and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with store and promotional marketing leads to determine monthly digital photography needs, optimizing shot requirements across channels.
- Partner with styling in collaboration with retail and promotional marketing leads to ensure marketing messages align with product investments, consumer insights, and design trends.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of marketing experience.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter and natural leader.
- Prompt and effective communicator.
- Keen understanding of trends with the ability to respond to macro-economic shifts and changing consumer behavior.
- Creative thinker capable of producing innovative ideas and solutions across channels.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while navigating ambiguity and pivoting as needed.
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of retail fundamentals and financial metrics.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence change.
- Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to the marketing field.

Compensation: $114,900 - $152,200 USD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location, with a commitment to meeting minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range per local requirements.
