Position Overview

As a strategic growth leader, you will own our integrated campaigns, SEO, and SEM strategies while driving qualified B2B and B2C leads. You will lead a content pod, set messaging direction, and oversee social media execution across priority channels – reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You must be an AI-forward operator leveraging modern tools to improve decision-making, speed, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan targeted campaigns tied directly to business strategy, revenue goals, and pipeline growth.
  • Project manage campaigns from kickoff through launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner with sales leaders on targeting, messaging, and lead handling/routing.
  • Define success metrics and establish an operating rhythm to ensure campaigns ship on schedule.
  • Manage and provide feedback to external vendors on SEO and SEM to ensure paid and organic efforts align with campaign goals and budget.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter to develop messaging maps for segments and personas.
  • Lead the content pod through high-quality briefs, actionable feedback, and rigorous standards while overseeing final QA for accuracy, brand voice, compliance, and on-message execution.
  • Build and maintain reusable messaging and asset libraries to boost production speed.
  • Direct the social media strategy and content calendar for priority channels, managing end-to-end publishing and community engagement.
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, maintaining campaign scorecards and leveraging AI tools for rapid insights and optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in growth marketing with a track record of pipeline impact.
  • Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C demand generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword planning, budget oversight, and vendor management.
  • Experience leading content production through detailed briefing, feedback, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot including segmentation, list strategy, and lead qualification.
  • Strong social media program management experience across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • An AI-forward mindset focused on using tools to solve business problems with speed and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
