Your potential has a place here with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. As an Insurance Customer Support Associate working remotely, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. In this role, you will work directly with external brokers to educate, support, and update them throughout the entire lifecycle. This position is open to residents of AZ, ID, NE, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, TX, UT, and WY; applications from all other states will be considered as needed by the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and rectify complicated Broker, Group, or Member related issues concerning insurance benefits, claim processes, enrollment, and billing for all lines of business.
  • Work directly with external brokers to establish rapport, build confidence in our Healthcare Insurance, and provide concierge-level support.
  • Serve as a key resource in educating brokers and resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer issues
  • Computer experience and comfort with digital communication tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet (over 15 Mbps)
  • Preferred: USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not recommended)
  • Smartphone or a device running iOS or Android for daily log-in
