In this role as a Digital Customer Service Representative – within our healthcare division – you will interact with customers and develop creative ways to resolve various questions and concerns, delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Address and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Respond to requests and handle payment processing as needed.
- Accurately document interaction details for records and audits.
- Share feedback about call experiences.
- Upsell services when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable working on desktop computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Work from Home Requirements
- Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps.
- Upload speed of at least 3.0 Mbps.
- Internet service provider with no packet loss and ping less than 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed may be required.
