In this role as a Digital Customer Service Representative – within our healthcare division – you will interact with customers and develop creative ways to resolve various questions and concerns, delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Address and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Respond to requests and handle payment processing as needed.
  • Accurately document interaction details for records and audits.
  • Share feedback about call experiences.
  • Upsell services when applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable working on desktop computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Work from Home Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps.
  • Upload speed of at least 3.0 Mbps.
  • Internet service provider with no packet loss and ping less than 50ms.
  • Proof of internet speed may be required.
  • Clean and quiet work environment.
