RPA Business Analyst

Position Overview

We have a JOB FOR YOU!!! This 100% remote opportunity is for an RPA Business Analyst who will identify automation opportunities, lead process improvement and automation projects, and drive the QA testing phase across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete current state assessments of business processes and document problem statements, process flows, gap analysis, and future-state recommendations.
• Partner with process owners to gain an end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline impacted processes and business requirements.
• Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA initiatives while capturing and documenting current manual processes.
• Create end-to-end cross-functional process flow maps at both high and detailed levels.
• Maintain and track the potential projects pipeline by collaborating with business users to identify automation ideas.
• Participate in presentations promoting RPA to various business groups to generate further automation ideas.
• Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and tools and act as a liaison between business and technical resources.
• Perform related or additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience supporting business process documentation with business owners.
• Knowledge of RPA technologies, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, and best practices for process automation and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes and ERP/financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication, both independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the public sector with State-, County-, and City-level institutions.
