Position Overview
Our client, a well-known company located in San Antonio, is hiring Computer Support Assistants who play a crucial role in the Help Desk team—the primary hub for technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. In this role, you will support Help Desk Support Specialists by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with the entire IT team and interact with computer users across the company.
