Job Description

Position Overview

Dreaming big is in our DNA. At Anheuser-Busch, we invest in our future leaders through our Supply Chain Trainee Program (SCTP). This program is designed to fast‐track the careers of emerging leaders by providing hands-on experience in front‐line managerial roles in our field warehouses or Central Services teams. You’ll gain a 360° view of our supply chain operations through rotations in sales & distribution centers, breweries, and logistics. Compensation: $80,000 annually, bonus eligible + sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through functions in our field warehouses or Central Services teams to gain a holistic understanding of the site.
  • Gain front-line experience by leading teams and executing operational processes.
  • Learn about Supply Chain support functions and additional operations within our facilities.
  • Prepare for placement as a front-line manager in Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within Central Services teams.
  • Engage in development opportunities through leadership and functional trainings.
  • Undertake project work with real business impact by solving problems or implementing process improvements.
  • Benefit from exposure to senior leaders and robust mentorship throughout the program.

Required Qualifications

  • Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree and a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business is advantageous, though all majors are considered.
  • Willingness for geographical and functional mobility across various U.S. locations during and after the 12-month training program.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven leadership capability through work experience or extracurricular activities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team-working skills, active listening, and a commitment to fostering inclusion.
  • An innovative mindset that questions the status quo, embraces ambiguity, and is open to calculated risks.
  • Note: The Company does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor temporary or permanent work visas.
