Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster positive community interaction.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Experiment with new platforms and features to drive innovation.
  • Assist in developing social media crisis communication plans.
  • Optimize social media profiles for maximum visibility and impact.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights into audience sentiment and market trends.
  • Translate social media data into strategic recommendations for broader marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Tampa, Florida market and local trends is a plus.
