Position Overview
At Kinghorn Law | Financial, we empower families through estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid/VA planning, and elder law services, while also offering financial and investor coaching and business succession planning. Key Responsibilities
- Execute events and webinars including handling logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements to ensure a warm and positive experience.
- Ensure timely promotion and registration for all events and webinars.
- Complete post-event follow-up and reporting.
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team including preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update client and prospect databases with accurate data across marketing platforms.
- Assist in the creation and management of social media content.
- Participate in additional tasks and projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Warm, friendly, courteous, poised, confident, energetic, highly professional, and team-oriented.
- Highly motivated, self-directed with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage promotions and events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent data entry skills for accurate reporting.
- Working knowledge of digital and print marketing including blogs, websites, newsletters, search engine analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Familiarity with messaging/branding and social media systems (YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and organized, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel between Tucson and Phoenix as needed.
