Position Overview

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is responsible for representing the Red Bull brand at the local level in a way that aligns with global and national strategies and priorities. Based in the field, the FMM ensures the brand comes to life within the local community by creating marketing plans based on consumer and product insights and guiding their teams of specialists towards exceptional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Red Bull brand at the local level, aligning with global and national strategies.
  • Establish strong networks within the community including relationships with opinion leaders and key influencers both online and offline.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives across the four main pillars of the marketing mix: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications.
  • Utilize opportunities in On-Premise, Off-Premise, and New Business channels while addressing specific local needs.
  • Create marketing plans based on consumer and product insights and guide teams towards exceptional execution.
