Job Description

Position Overview

In this role as a Customer Service Rep II, you will provide support, customer service, and office administration duties, including managing customer orders, addressing complaints, and maintaining efficient operations. Location: Austin, TX, United States. Compensation: $12.00-$15.50 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer Account Management by coordinating and managing order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, customer returns, and transportation management in a call center environment using systems like ASI, Logility, EPortrsquo;s, AXIOS, and Microsoft products.
  • Process and complete a high volume of orders in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner while enhancing sales where appropriate.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Perform office administration duties including keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports.
  • Serve as backup to specialized functions such as internet web programs, murals, and non-standard programs as needed.
  • Train new Customer Service Representatives and promote effective teamwork.
  • Utilize strong self-directed organizational skills to manage time effectively on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education and Knowledge: High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • Experience: No experience required – just be very motivated and reliable. We will provide all training.
  • Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, moderate computer skills (Word, Excel, databases), and a team player attitude.
