Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Deliver compelling presentations, answer questions, and guide customers through easy decisions to close sales
• Build genuine connections by listening actively and tailoring solutions to customer needs
• Track leads, performance metrics, and daily activity to crush weekly goals
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and your team for strategy sessions and support
• Maintain a positive brand image while providing top-tier customer service

Required Qualifications

• High-energy personality with killer communication skills. You love talking to people and aren't afraid of rejection
• Goal-crushing mindset: Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry for feedback to improve
• Active and resilient. Comfortable being on your feet all day in an outdoor, hands-on environment
• Entry-level friendly: Sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter most. No prior experience required for the right fit
• Reliable: Must have dependable transportation and live in/near Columbus, OH
• Commitment to excellence: We seek quality over quantity. People who show up consistently and deliver results
