Job Description
Position Overview
At Educe, our Entry Level Implementation Consultant supports organizations in optimizing talent management systems such as Saba Cloud, Cornerstone OnDemand, and SAP SuccessFactors. In this role you will analyze requirements, map business processes, design solutions, and drive successful implementations while ensuring exceptional client service. You will serve as the liaison between client business teams, technical resources, and software vendors to ensure smooth transitions to cloud‐based systems.
Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000. Work Location: 100% REMOTE or based in Bethesda, MD/New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and map current processes to design improved "to-be" business processes following best practices.
- Analyze and document design specifications for the talent management applications.
- Collaborate with clients and the Educe technical team to implement application design.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and act as the liaison between the client and the implementation team.
- Conduct end-user training by providing product knowledge and insights into solution design.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Educe’s internal infrastructure and overall organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to resolve complex system and business issues with creative and practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and facilitating discussions with senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with client executives and external stakeholders.
- Competence to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, positive attitude and a passion for service.
- Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with resourcefulness and a proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting engagements.
- Familiarity with MS Project, SQL, Oracle applications, and HR-based software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Willingness to travel to multiple client locations and attend semi-annual firm meetings.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S.).
