Key Responsibilities

• Speak with clients who requested information about life insurance.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Guide clients through the application process.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help!).
