Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at XPO, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate billing, resolving documentation discrepancies, and assisting customers with inquiries related to shipments, tariffs, and invoicing. You will work in a dynamic environment within one of the top ten global providers of transportation services. Key Responsibilities

  • Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
  • Recognize and resolve documentation errors
  • Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing/invoicing questions
  • Perform general clerical duties including answering phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing
  • Process over, short and damaged freight along with related documentation for customer resolution
  • Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Transportation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
