Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Engineering: Lead and implement innovative technical activities in manufacturing operations, monitor and manage equipment/processes to drive optimal performance while minimizing expenses. (Available in Ohio, Indiana, & Alabama.)
- Equipment/Tooling Design Engineering: Design and develop manufacturing equipment—including stamping, hardware & software, and die & mold—to ensure efficiency and stability during new model and technology introduction. (Available in Ohio and Alabama.)
- Quality Engineering: Collaborate with manufacturing, support, supplier, and R&D teams to determine root causes and implement countermeasures, including performing car testing during new model trials. (Available in Ohio & Georgia.)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
- 3 months co-op/internship experience in a relevant environment (preferred) and less than 2 years of engineering work experience.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with proven capacity to balance workload, set priorities, and work in a team environment.
