Precision Door Service is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. At Precision, we pride ourselves on delivering thebest customer interactionsin the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage face-to-face and over the phone with customers to build excellent relationships.
  • Assist in scheduling and booking quality appointments for technicians.
  • Enhance your customer service and sales skills while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Required Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work cooperatively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening test.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate necessary tools.
  • Professional appearance with a bright and friendly attitude.
