Position Overview

Join our team at LEAD Staffing as an Entry-Level Bi-Lingual Recruiter in our Tampa Corporate office. This in-office role focuses on candidate pre-screening and qualifying calls – an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates eager to kickstart a career in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound qualifying calls to identify viable job seekers.
  • Generate and qualify job seekers via pre-established pipelines and targeted research.
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and data in our ATS system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Recruiting team to discuss potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is aMUST.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured recruiting process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
