Senior Full Stack Developer; React + Node - Remote

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate into our client's team (Team Augmentation) and work daily with their designers and engineers.
• Collaborate with a Full Stack product team to design and build digital solutions (Design & Build).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Strong production experience with React, including modern patterns such as hooks, context, and state management libraries.
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend and backend.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches such as CSS-in-JS or Tailwind.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ability to work through new and challenging issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Commitment to continuous integration and delivery of applications.

• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
