Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Marketing Associate with experience in engaging B2B audiences across digital channels. This role supports our marketing campaign strategy by transforming plans into impactful campaign assets. A passion for storytelling, strong writing skills, and digital content creation experience are key to success. Reporting to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling and personalized content across formats (articles, blog posts, email campaigns, social media updates, case studies, videos, etc.) that aligns with business objectives and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring messaging meets campaign goals.
  • Manage and grow Brivo’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube through engaging posts and performance analysis.
  • Audit and refresh existing content for relevance, SEO optimization, and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional departments to integrate visuals, infographics, and other design elements, as well as support event and tradeshow communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong storytelling and persona-driven content creation skills with expertise in writing and editing, particularly for email marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent brand messaging approach.
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the B2B and/or SaaS industries.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools like HubSpot.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
