Role: SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist – you will work closely with the content team to plan and execute strategies that enhance lead acquisition and drive online brand presence. As the subject matter expert on SEO and SEM, you will create and implement marketing strategies using the latest tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, budget, launch, and scale the overall marketing presence and brand-awareness.
  • Identify target audiences (nonprofit organizations) and develop clearly defined strategies and tactics to drive awareness and sales.
  • Publish brand communications content, including newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Create, handle, and own a monthly social content calendar using platforms such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
  • Manage and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram.
  • Stay updated with the latest social trends, platform features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to disseminate a variety of content including case studies, infographics, videos, reports, and white papers.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Design and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with the Sales team to refine campaigns based on inbound marketing performance.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and expand keyword opportunities.
  • Implement content recommendations to achieve organic SEO success.
  • Optimize website content and update the site using CMS software.
