Position Overview

Warehouse Associate Outbound @ Jenson USA: America's Bike Shop – a unique opportunity within our Outbound department. Located in a bustling Riverside facility, we are an online retailer specializing in bikes of every kind. Our team is friendly, energetic, and passionate about delivering a superior, same-day shipping experience. Location: Riverside. Schedule: Weekends Required. Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders by picking, packing, manifesting, loading, unloading, cleaning, and kitting.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality on a consistent basis.
• Complete additional warehouse functions as needed, including receiving and processing freight, putting stock away, down stocking, and cycle counting.
• Maintain all work areas, warehouse tools, and supplies in an organized and efficient manner.
• Provide support and teamwork to achieve common goals across all departments.
• Abide by safety policies and regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support and help develop new procedures and processes within the operations department.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and inventory management software.
• A passion for bikes or the outdoors is a plus.

• Compensation: Starts at $17.00/hour, with quarterly assessments based on efficiency that can increase pay up to $21.00/hour.
