Position Overview

Join our team at Phaidon International in Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant.Compensation:$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission from day 1 (with a 1st year OTE of $75-90k). Founded in 2004 in London and now the 6th largest recruitment firm in the US, we specialize our consultants into specific niches and territories, ensuring deep market expertise and valuable insight for both clients and candidates. Throughout the interview process, you will be matched to a sub-team within one of our specialized brands including Selby Jennings, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, and LVI Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:
  • Reaching out (phone, email, messenger) to potential clients to establish relationships and network.
  • Pitching and negotiating service agreements with key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and providing regular updates throughout ongoing searches.
  • Pulling and qualifying client hiring needs to understand roles, company goals, and necessary experience.
• Candidate Sourcing:
  • Headhunting top talent (mid-to-senior and executive level) within your assigned niche and territory.
  • Networking with passive/inactive talent.
  • Cold calling active and passive candidates for rapport building and market intel.
  • Messaging, emailing, and calling candidates to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Process Management:
  • Introducing candidates to clients.
  • Coordinating the interview process and exchanging feedback between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiating and delivering offers to candidates.
  • Providing post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
