Built for Shopify and powered by advanced ecommerce integrations, Gorgias’s conversational AI understands your brand, tools, policies, and customers to drive personalized, 1-to-1 conversations — from editing orders and initiating returns to making product recommendations. This is a key role for our Agency Partner Specialist, where you will forge strong partnerships with leading agency partners in the e-commerce ecosystem to grow revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Help scale the Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing and newly identified agency partners.
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through industry agency partners and relevant events.
- Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows.
- Work closely with Account Managers to help close deals.
- Develop the partner program, processes, and documents to enable partners to become ambassadors and drive leads in the sales process.
- Constantly optimize the sales pipeline by leveraging data analysis at every step.
- Become a thought leader on ecommerce and activate new partners based in Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in two languages: English (required) and either French or German.
- Experience with sales or relationship building is helpful; a strong desire to launch a career in Partnerships.
- High-energy, growth-driven individual with a passion for scaling channels and driving revenue.
- Excellent influencing skills with trusted subject matter expertise.
- Previous experience in ecommerce or at a SaaS company is desirable.
- Comfortable working in an international environment with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
