Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance Hotel is seeking lifeguards to join our team in Anaheim, CA for an exciting summer by the poolside

Position Overview

Think spending your summer by the pool sounds too good to be true? Join Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance Hotel as a Lifeguard and ensure the safety of our members and guests while enjoying a dynamic and exciting summer environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all members and guests in aquatics areas
• Monitor and maintain safe environments around the pool and open water
• Collaborate with team members to respond to emergencies quickly
• Uphold pool safety protocols and communicate rules effectively

Required Qualifications

• Comfort in and around open water with a basic understanding of safety considerations
• Comfort in deep water with the ability to use watercraft (surfboard, paddleboard, kayak)
• Ability to pass the lifeguard prerequisite exam (550-meter open water swim, tread water without hands for 2 minutes, etc.)
• Must be 18+ years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or teaching children
• Red Cross Certification or WSI certification is a plus
