Job Description

Position Overview

O&S Associates, Inc. is seeking an entry level Marketing Associate to join our office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of duties including proposal generation, tracking job opportunities, responding to RFP’s, meeting and engaging with potential clients, planning corporate and marketing events, and related administrative functions. Occasional travel and attendance at local networking and marketing events is required. We are a fast-growing company looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic person who wants to grow with us and will be provided with the necessary guidance and training to succeed. Job Type: Full-time, Work Location: In person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the marketing department
  • Perform market and client research
  • Track requests for proposals (RFP’s) and ensure timely submission
  • Develop responsive proposals with input from engineering and architecture staff
  • Assist with maintaining and developing databases and mailing lists
  • Maintain group marketing schedules with events and client meetings for all offices
  • Attend local networking events and trade shows
  • Coordinate trade show campaigns including pre-show, show, and post-show follow ups
  • Coordinate client campaigns, materials, outreach, and follow ups
  • Execute market and service-specific marketing campaigns across online, social, email, direct mail, and phone channels
  • Meet and engage with potential clients and input leads into CRM software
  • Plan and execute office and client events
  • Monitor and maintain existing company licenses, certifications, and trade association memberships
  • Assist with social media and website content
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing, sales, and office support materials
  • Write copy for brochures, postcards, and other marketing materials

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or creative writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Suite and graphic design skills is a plus
