We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and collaborative marketing leader to join our team as Sr. Lead, Marketing + Activations. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, creativity, and execution.
Workplace Location: Must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. Hybrid work schedule requires 4 days in-office per week. Travel requirement is 20%. Base Compensation: $137,357.33-$171,696.67 USD – Initial placement is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, and most new hires have the opportunity to earn more over time as part of our competitive Total Rewards package.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate creative concepts into integrated marketing strategies across social, experiential, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, media, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Drive social-first thinking by leveraging emerging trends and platform insights to maximize reach, relevance, and engagement.
- Present strategies, creative concepts, and performance insights confidently to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Develop approaches to effectively leverage our athlete roster across campaigns, events, and social storytelling to strengthen brand impact.
- Foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration that elevates ideas and builds strong cross-functional relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with typically 8 years OR typically 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, social media strategy, or related fields.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with creative, media, product, digital, and agency partners.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, content best practices, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and influence at multiple levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience working with athletes, creators, or talent is a plus, ensuring authentic and brand-aligned campaign integration.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with meticulous management of details, timelines, and deliverables.
- A passion for staying connected to culture, trends, and consumer insights that shape modern marketing.
