Come join our journey as our Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and leading a team of two in driving key B2C marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with product teams to understand category goals, audience targets, challenges, and budgets, and develop aligned B2C marketing strategies.
- Manage a team of two marketing specialists and oversee the marketing budget for assigned categories, ensuring efficient fund allocation and tactical refinement.
- Align with customer insights and performance marketing teams to track market trends and evolving audience insights to drive demand growth and sales.
- Partner with performance marketing to identify and track keywords and demand trends for strategic improvements.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and recommend new trends, potential partners, technologies, platforms, and tools.
- Project Management:
- Oversee all paid marketing activations including advertising, social and influencer campaigns, events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Select and manage external agencies and vendors through briefing, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor selection.
- Direct organic social media efforts in collaboration with the content strategy team to align channel strategies with overall brand and category goals.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and PR teams to ensure 360° alignment on messaging and asset development.
- Manage the implementation of UTM’s, hashtags, and target keywords with the business intelligence team to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Brand and Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to guide content and media strategy, differentiating Panasonic in key categories.
- Collaborate with local and global product and brand teams to improve awareness and sentiment for the Panasonic brand.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, insights, brand experience, and support) to design comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate marketing strategy, activities, and results with internal teams and headquarters using data-driven storytelling.
- Lead weekly meetings to align on tactics, project statuses, campaign assets, and approvals.
- Utilize project management software (Monday.com) to monitor project tasks and budgets.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports as well as weekly campaign updates focusing on key learnings and recommended actions.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a B2C marketing role with direct budget management of $1MM+ and quantifiable performance achievements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive brand and marketing strategy using data and empathetic insights.
- Experience in a transformational environment requiring agile re-prioritization and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in a global organization is a plus.

- Software:
- Hands-on experience with analytics and campaign setup within Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and various social media and retail ad platforms.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Basic Photoshop skills (e.g., re-sizing, cropping, format saving) preferred.
- Experience with Monday.com project management is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10%, which may include overnight and some international travel.
- Willingness to work outside of regularly scheduled hours as needed.
