Elev8 Events, a premier travel agency dedicated to curating extraordinary experiences, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Administrative Assistant/Customer Service professional. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Travel Department, ensuring the smooth operation of travel services while delivering exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Coordination: Assist in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Administrative Support: Manage inquiries, correspondence, and maintain records for the Travel Department.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments for travel advisors.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format travel documents, itineraries, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client information, expenses, and travel bookings.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other vendors to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
- Office Management: Assist with maintaining supplies, organizing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Event Support: Help with logistics and planning for travel-related events and promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
