Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and consistently improve customer and internal relationships to grow TP‑Link’s business.
  • Strengthen relationships with Retail Partners by training, developing new accounts, and creating sales and promotional opportunities to hit volume and revenue targets.
  • Work independently and cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, and Logistics to problem solve and drive results.
  • Manage sales, inventory, and forecast by reviewing retailer weekly sales and inventory by model, ensuring alignment with TP‑Link’s stock, transit, and production lead times.
  • Develop deep account and market insights, track progress against goals, and provide recommendations to retailers using monthly NPD reporting.
  • Creatively problem solve business-related issues and generate specific plans to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis by tracking promotions at selected accounts and asking detailed questions to understand competitor performance.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement promotional plans in both ad and digital channels.
  • Prepare clear and detailed meeting presentations to drive and execute TP‑Link’s business objectives.
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively summarize and address business issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience calling on US National Retailers, Military, PC Richards, Electronic Express, Brandsmart, TV Shopping, etc.
  • Consumer electronics experience preferred.
  • 2‑5 years of professional work experience in sales or analytics.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams.
  • Strong personal time management skills with proven ability to meet timelines.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, SAP, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English.
  • Team‑oriented with a detail‑oriented approach and excellent follow‑up; high drive for results and initiative.
  • Focused on solving problems and creating positive results.
  • Solid troubleshooting and organizational skills.
  • Operational agility to adapt to a changing retail environment.
