Position Overview

Safe Haven Security is seeking motivated and competitive individuals for the Sales & Marketing Representative role. In this position, you will be the first step in the prospecting process – utilizing your persuasive abilities and creative marketing efforts to source new sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships. As ADT’s #1 authorized dealer and America’s #1 Security Provider, we are committed to protecting homes and families with a culture built on loyalty and growth. Employment Type: FULL_TIME.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and thorough follow up.
  • Generate interest and qualify prospects to sell our suite of ADT products and services.
  • Network and maintain long-term relationships to create a residual income through our proven market space.
  • Schedule appointments using multiple communication channels (phone, email, marketing campaigns, etc.).
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and basic computer functions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail and deadline oriented.

  • Goal driven – known for exceeding sales goals and expectations.
  • Persuasive with the ability to build rapport and network effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and career focus.

  • Competitive compensation (base salary plus commissions & bonuses $55k-$100k+)
