Job Description

Position Overview

Paramount Brand Studio – the branded content division of Paramount – is on the lookout for an experienced Manager to join our Partner Solutions team. This client-facing role involves owning the end-to-end pre-sale process, crafting strategic multi-platform campaigns that meet advertiser objectives, and collaborating across Ad Sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager with superb PowerPoint and design skills, a knack for creative writing, and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Report to the Director on the convergent client-facing Partner Solutions team.
  • Work in partnership with Ad Sales and cross-functional teams to ideate and develop convergent campaigns across the Paramount Global ecosystem.
  • Lead complex Request For Proposal (RFP) responses spanning multiple advertising products and Paramount brands.
  • Build strategic campaign architecture and approach in response to RFPs.
  • Manage budgeting for marketing programs to ensure competitive, efficient, and profitable solutions.
  • Oversee detailed progress and status management of all outstanding projects.
  • Lead the development of internal and external presentations.
  • Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners in creating compelling, strategic proposals with big, multi-touch ideas.
  • Identify partnership value propositions within Paramount shows and pitch to endemic advertisers.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on the media industry to refine our Creative Solutions value proposition against competitors.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Media/Tech, Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing, or agency roles with an emphasis on custom marketing solutions and/or partnership strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of Paramount programming and the broader media landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills for crafting and evolving narratives.
  • Deep understanding of culture, with comprehensive knowledge of various online/linear platforms, content formats, and influencer trends.
  • Ability to distill complex information into simple and memorable messages for sales teams and clients.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously while working efficiently cross-functionally.
  • Adept at public speaking and delivering compelling presentations both in person and via digital platforms.
  • Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and design skills, with a keen eye for visual appeal.
  • Proven experience in empowering team members and encouraging ownership of assignments.
  • Fierce attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and superb organizational and project management skills.

  • Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
