Job Description

Position Overview

Join Gallo – a family-owned company with a 90+ year legacy and 130+ brands – as a Brand Marketing Manager. In this full‑time, Hybrid Telecommute role, you will make a significant impact in brand marketing through creative strategy and execution. You will lead multiple initiatives, manage new brand introductions, and optimize brand architecture while overseeing the A&P budget and supporting the Director with P&L management. Compensation: $121,800.00 - $182,600.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Manage new brand introductions and optimizations to align with brand objectives.
  • Oversee the business review of assigned brands and the day-to-day management of the A&P budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop commerce marketing tools and drive Agile Roadmap initiatives.
  • Conduct market visits to evaluate activation tools, gather feedback, and identify emerging trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree plus 3 years of brand marketing/new brand development experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for market visits and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of retail and on‑premise channels and experience managing multiple external agencies.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to influence management and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old; additional travel for onboarding and training up to 5% may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree plus 5 years of brand marketing/new brand development experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in launching or introducing new brands or line extensions.
  • P&L management experience combined with experience working in an agile environment.
  • Alcohol beverage industry experience and a solid understanding of the 3‑tier distribution system.
